Through the use of alternative portraits, the human form, spaces, and memory this course will offer a mix of fresh approaches to your artwork. Portraiture has had a long and significant history throughout time and one that continues to intrigue contemporary artists.  To face the face and the human body is a hugely healthy artistic endeavour. It provides a creative departure with which the artist can play with tradition and yet explore that tradition to a new end, utilizing a variety of experimental approaches. This course will be useful to any artist regardless of your normal studio practice. Please come and be part of it.
